Complementa AG has been professionally supporting institutional investors and family offices in planning, organising and monitoring investment and financing processes since 1984. The objective analyses of our experts support executives in managing investments, no matter how turbulent the market. For four decades, we have been analysing complex asset structures, creating transparency and paving the way for sound decision-making. To this end, we employ more than 60 experienced employees and state-of-the-art tools.
We act free from conflicts of interest. Our focus is at all times on sustained benefit for our clients. We exclusively represent the interests of our clients, work on the basis of scientific principles and are only remunerated by our clients.
Our actions are guided by the highest ethical standards as well as social and ecological principles. To this end, our employees adhere to a comprehensive internal policy framework and sign the ASIP Charter each year. Selected consultants are also recorded in the register for investment advisors according to Art. 31 FIDLEG. We support the development of the Swiss pension fund system through memberships and activities in the following associations: Swiss Pension Fund Association (ASIP), Swiss Association of Investment Consultants (SWIC), Innovation Zweite Säule (IZS) and through the patronage of the association BVG Auskünfte. By means of our regular Pension Fund Study, we equally contribute significantly to the long-term stability of the second pillar of the Swiss pension system.
