Asset Consolidation & Data Collection

Complementa consolidates all assets, across banks, asset managers and asset classes – including illiquid (non-bankable) assets such as real estate, private equity or collections. We record transactions and portfolio data as well as valuations, and provide benchmarks, indices and fund look-through information.

Independent Investment Reporting

Our investment reports are the starting point of your analyses. We provide information on asset allocation and calculate performance and risk metrics across various levels, such as total assets, asset classes and asset managers. In addition to traditional reports in PDF format, a powerful, interactive online tool is available for ad hoc analyses and reporting. Our service includes private equity reporting and ESG reporting in accordance with the ASIP recommendation.

Investment Compliance

Keep an eye on risks at all times: we check compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual or individual requirements.

Securities Accounting

We prepare audit-ready securities accounts for our clients across custodian banks, based on their individual chart of accounts. Thanks to periodic summary statements, the information is quickly and easily integrated into financial accounting and processed further. We provide support for the annual audit as well as for calculating turnover tax and Swiss withholding tax. Thanks to the seamless integration of our solutions, we ensure consistent valuation and alignment between investment reporting and securities accounting.

Our Investment Reporting and Securities Accounting Services are certified according to ISAE 3402 Type 2. This provides an annual independent confirmation of Complementa’s effective internal control system to clients for the outsourced processes.
